Terms of Use

1. Invite-only beta

Learn is a private invite beta. Access is personal and non-transferable. We may suspend or end the beta, or your access, at any time.

2. The Service

Learn provides AI-assisted training modules and quizzes based on books the operator adds to the library. Features may change without notice.

3. No warranty on quiz accuracy

Questions, explanations, and tutor replies are AI-generated and may be wrong, incomplete, or unfair. They are study aids only — not academic, professional, or legal advice. If a question looks bad, use Report. Your sole remedy for bad content in Phase 1 is reporting it and continuing with other material.

4. Accounts

Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not attempt to access other users’ data, probe the system, or scrape the library.

5. Library and copyright

• Books in Learn are admin-uploaded and must be rights-cleared for this use (owned, licensed, public domain, or otherwise permitted).
• You may use derived modules/quizzes only inside the Service for personal study.
• You may not download, copy, or redistribute original PDFs, full text extracts, or substantial verbatim book content.
• Rights complaints / takedown: nl2nl2x3@gmail.com — we will remove the PDF, extract, and derived book content from the Service after a valid notice.

6. Acceptable use

No illegal content, harassment, attempts to bypass invite controls, or use of the Service to build a competing dataset from our library. No uploading of pirated books (guests cannot upload; admins must not).

7. AI providers

Content (including book excerpts and tutor messages) may be processed by third-party AI APIs the operator configures (e.g. Poe, xAI). Their terms also apply to that processing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for quiz errors, learning outcomes, downtime, or third-party AI failures. Cap on liability for Phase 1: amount you paid us for Learn in the prior 3 months (HK$0 for free invite guests).
